Elephant Stables Dambulla - Kiralagolla

I recently stayed at Elephant Stables for a relaxing getaway and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The private chalet was even more impressive in person and the service from start to finish was exceptional. The staff, particularly Sumith at the restaurant, were welcoming and struck the perfect balance between friendly and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and the location provided a calm and quiet environment. The breakfast was superb and they even customized the food to meet my preferences. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem! The value for money was really good and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location offered amazing views of both sunrise and sunset, surrounded by lush trees. The staff at Elephant Stables was attentive and helpful, making our stay nice.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more attentive and helpful. The children working there seemed a bit indifferent and could improve their attitude towards guests.

This hotel is a great choice for a peaceful and remote escape. the restaurant has an excellent breakfast service, and the food is amazing. We particularly loved the beautiful and spacious chalets. the stunning view of the forests is breathtaking and gives a feeling of total remoteness. the beds are quite comfortable, and the sheets are white and crisp. the staff provides excellent service, and they go the extra mile to make the stay special, like when they prepared a honeymoon surprise for one of the guests.

We were blown away by the fine location of the hotel in the midst of lush green forests, away from the busy areas. The staff was really good in terms of service, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool, perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing and hiking. The breakfast served was a delight, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

Bonus points for the excellent service at the restaurant, and the proximity to local attractions.

Although the staff was friendly, I did feel like there was a lack of attention to detail at times. the AC in the room could have been more powerful, and some of the toiletries were not replaced or left open from the previous guests.

Though the food was delicious, the wine was quite expensive.
